To set up a booking type that is only going to accept enquiries please follow the below steps:
Click Settings, Sites, and select your site.
Click Booking types. and then click Add booking type.
Select blank or our template depending on your choice.
Give the type a name.
Scroll down to the Availability section and check the Can Book box on the relevant days.
Input the earliest and latest booking, min and max duration, min and max enquiry size, booking policy if needed.
Select a time from the shut same day booking time if needed.
Click Save.
