Customer reviews are not showing

A customer says they have left a review but you can't see it on the listings page.

To successfully submit a review, you need to be logged into DesignMyNight and the review needs to be at least 30 words in length.

There is a counter in the bottom right-hand corner that shows the word count.

If the word count is not met, then when you press submit a message will show on the right of the screen that says Whoops, an error occurred submitting your review.

If you are logged in and have met the word count but the review is not being left, reach out to us so we can investigate further.

Please include the name of your site and the link to the page where your guest is trying to leave the review.
