Why you should gather information from your customer journey

You can utilise this data gathered from your customers while they're making a reservation, to gain a better understanding of who your customers are and create bespoke campaigns from this information.

What you can do to obtain this information

  • Using your customer database in Access Collins, you can view and download the details of all customers who've made a booking with your venue. You can filter for customers who've opted in for marketing, and use the data for your marketing campaign.

  • After you retrieve your customer data, you can do further research by inputting it to your candidate relationship management (CRM) system. Or, use Access Collins API to integrate with your solution for seamless performance.
