Use the Walk-in report

Pull a report of your walk-ins.

If you would like to see how many walk-in bookings you have had, you can find out using the walk-in bookings tab in the reports section:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. From the left-hand menu, choose which site you would like to view.

  3. Click Walk-in bookings.

This report defaults to show the last week and gives an overview of:

  • The number of walk-ins was directly added to the tables.

  • The number of walk-ins added to the waitlist.

  • How many were seated from the waitlist.

🤓Tip: The date range can be adjusted by changing the dates at the top and updating.

The information will be broken down by the venue's booking types on the left-hand side, and how many guests and bookings that amount to across the page.

Walk-ins that weren’t assigned a booking type will be categorized as None.

Below the weekly view, each individual day will also display, giving you more details on which days of the week were busiest for walk-ins and for which booking type.

If needed, you can also download the data into Excel by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button in the top right-hand corner.

📌Note: Bookings only qualify as walk-ins and will only appear in this report when the booking started within 15 minutes of the time it was added, regardless of whether they were added using the Add Booking button or the Walk-In - Number of Guests buttons.
