Enable the Documents tab
The Documents tab is an additional feature that you can purchase through your account manager. Due to the storage costs, this costs £5 per site, per month.
With this feature enabled, you can add seating plans, client logos, client contracts etc to your enquiries and bookings
Add documents to your bookings
📌Note: The maximum file size is 8MB.
To attach documents to your enquiries and bookings, follow the steps below:
Open the booking or enquiry.
Click the Documents tab.
Upload your document by either:
Click UPLOAD FILE: To select a file from your computer.
Drag and drop a file from your computer.
Once you've uploaded your files, you can find them again in the Documents tab. They also appear in the Attachment drop-down in the Messages section, so you can easily attach these files to emails.
