Checkout closing when guests are trying to approve payment

On mobile, guests approving payment via their bank are sent back to the start when returning to checkout, preventing booking completion

If guests are trying to make bookings that require authentication/payment, but when they approve the transaction through their bank then return to the page the checkout closes and sends the guest back to the beginning so they are not able to make a booking, this could be caused by the below:

  • Checkout has been embedded on your website.

    • Unfortunately embedding the checkout on your website can cause issues.

    • Please make sure the checkout is not embedded on your website.
