Use this section to create custom fields and questions that you can assign to sites, and then attach to bookings.
Once you've assigned a field to a site, it's presented to customers while they make a booking or enquiry.
Responses to custom fields are displayed on the booking details tab for each booking.
Create a custom field
To add a custom field, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
Click Custom fields (Beta).
Click +Add custom field.
Name the new label, select an option:
Text: Provides the user with a field for free-text input.
Dropdown: Provides the user with a drop-down list where they can select one predefined option.
Multiple choice: Provides the user with checkboxes to select one or more predefined options.
Yes/No: Provides the user with a drop-down where they can select yes or no.
Click Add, then click Save.
Attach a custom field to a site
To attach a custom field to a site, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
Click Custom fields (Beta).
Click Apply to Sites, then select a site.
Click Apply to Venues.
