Track booking sources

Before you start tracking your booking sources, you have to create your custom booking sources.

You can track which bookings have come from third parties, and if you use multiple widgets on your own website, which bookings or enquiries you've received from a particular booking, using the Widget Wizard.

To generate the booking widget, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Settings, then click Sites and select a site.

  2. Click Booking Widget & Links.

  3. Click Widget Wizard.

  4. Under Do you want to set a custom source for bookings placed using this widget?, select Use Custom Source.

  5. Select the source to assign for any bookings from this widget.

  6. Copy the full widget code and send it to your web developer.

📌Note: By default, if you haven't set the source for the widget, bookings automatically have the source Own Website.

If you change the name of a custom source in Access Collins then you will also need to create a new booking widget with the new name for the custom source also.
