Filter and manage your bookings and enquiries.

Filter and run a report

The Add filter button is located just underneath the enquiry search bar.

You can filter your enquiries and bookings by following the steps below:

🤓Tip: To filter all enquiries and bookings, not just the ones that you're assigned to, select Assigned to Anyone before you add filters.

  1. Click the Enquiries tab.

  2. Click Add Filter and select a filter.

    • For more information, please see the filter details table below.

  3. Click Apply.

  4. To apply additional filters, click Add Filter and selecting another filter.

  5. To remove your filters, click the X on the filter, or to clear all filters click Clear.

  6. To download the report, click Download.

    • For reports over 1000 lines, click Email to email yourself the full report.

If you need to find your auto-confirmed bookings, you will have to use the label filter called Auto-confirmed.

🤓Tip: If you run the same reports regularly, to easily come back to the same filtered report, bookmark the URL after applying the filters.

Details

Assigned to an Area

Search for bookings by if they're assigned or unassigned to a table or area.

Assigned to

Filter for who is assigned to an enquiry.

Booking Type

Your different booking types.

Date

The date the booking is to take place. Filter by a specific date or date range.

Payments pending

Search for any bookings that still have outstanding authentication or payment requests.

Guests

Filter by group size.

Labels

Search by your action labels and auto-confirm bookings.

Notifications

Search for any bookings with a notification.

Pre-orders added

Search for any bookings where customers have started adding their pre-orders.

Pre-orders complete

Search for bookings where the customer has completed their pre-order.

Pre-orders open

Search for any bookings with open pre-orders.

Received Date

Search for bookings made on a specific date or date range.

Source

Search by the sources that your bookings came in from.

Status

Filter your bookings by their current status.

Status changed

Search for bookings that changed status on a particular date or date range.

Booking falls within

Search for bookings which fall between the times you've selected.

Start time

Filter by the time the booking was made for.

Site

If you have multiple sites you can filter the booking for your different sites.

Offer

Search for bookings or enquiries where the customer has selected an offer.

Site Tags

Search for bookings with specific tags.

Created by

Filter your bookings and enquiries by the user who created the booking.


Navigate the enquiries page

To manage your enquiries, follow the steps below:

  1. If you use Access Evo, from the menu, click Enquiries.

  2. View your bookings that you need to accept or reject.

    • Here you'll see the:

      • Customer name.

      • Number of guests.

      • Date you've received the booking.

      • Date of the booking.

      • Time of the booking.

      • Booking type that the customer has booked for.

      • Site name.

      • Labels.

    • There are two label types:

      • In progress: Someone internally has taken that booking and you need to accept or reject it.

      • Take: An enquiry's come in and someone internally needs to accept it or reject it.

📌Note: If you don't take an enquiry, it's automatically lost. A lost booking is a non-confirmed enquiry with a date that's in the past.
