To do this, you will have to click on Enquiries on the top bar or on the left-hand side if you have logged in through Access Workspace.
Booking details
Within an enquiry, you have the following options:
Go back.
Save.
Reject.
Confirm.
Delete.
Just below, you'll be able to see the customer's:
First name.
Last name.
Email address.
Phone number.
The company.
The source from which the booking came from.
The site name.
The booking type name.
The number of guests for the booking.
The date of the booking.
The time of the booking.
Until when will the booking happen.
By scrolling down to the bottom of the page, we can see all the tables that you have at your venue.
The tables that are in pink are the ones that are already booked up, while the ones in white are available to be booked by selecting them.
After you've filled in all the booking details, make sure you click Save.
Area search
In this section, you have the option to search for an area for this date and time period by filling in the details and clicking Find.
Guests
If you have only the lead booker's details and want to add the rest of the guests' details, you can do it from this section by adding them and pressing Add.
Notes
Here you have the option to add:
Runsheet notes.
Internal notes.
Pre-orders
Here you can add the customer's pre-orders.
Payments
In this section, you can send the customer a request for authentication or for a deposit.
After sending the customer a payment request or authentication, you can set up a follow-up date so you can get a notification in the notification centre if the customer hasn't paid by the specified date.
Messages
In this section, you can email the customer and see their replies.
Documents
Here you can upload any documents that you have for this booking.
Contract
If you ever need to send the customer a contract.
History
Here you can see all the details and changes that were made to the booking.
If you need to edit any booking details, you have to:
Select the booking.
Click reopen.
Edit booking details.
Click Save.
