Benefits of the dashboard

Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime.

Monitor the status of your products by using the Dashboard Home Page.

The dashboard enables you to:

  • Register for product alerts for new events and updates created on the status dashboard, for example, high-priority incidents.

  • Receive alerts and updates for planned scheduled maintenance work.

  • Have a central view of current and historical events.

  • Receive updates as we share any root cause and prevention measures.

View the dashboard

To access the dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. Select your timezone in the top right-hand of the screen:

    • The Dashboard will show you a rolling 7 days of product performance and you will see different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the 7 day period.

  2. Slide the toggle, to see either a detailed service history to show all products in a group or only those not operating as expected:

    • The dashboard also shows a calendar view by-product with different statuses depending on the incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the selected period.

    • Statuses include:

      • Service is operating normally.

      • Performance issues.

      • Service disruption.

  3. Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard, and to view more information, select the event.
