With auto-confirm bookings, you can make menus available to customers at the point of booking or automatically include the links to your menus in the confirmation email that they receive.

To set this up, follow the steps below:
Click Site Settings then select the site.
Click booking types then select the booking type.
Scroll down to Pre-Order Settings and select:
Full Payment.
% of Total.
None, you can set the service charge amount.
Select when to make pre-orders available:
While booking: This means that a customer can pre-order off the menu at the point of booking or enquiring.
When booking is confirmed: A link to the menu is included in the confirmation email.
Optional: Click Send pre-orders x days before the booking and ender a date.
An email automatically sends to your customer on that date, asking them to make their pre-orders.
Click Save.
