If the descriptor on your customer's bank statement or app is showing the wrong venue name, then this is most likely due to the customer's bank.

A descriptor is sent by us but the bank is free to truncate, format, or re-order this information when they show it to their customer.

If you would like us to check to make sure a payment is correct on our side, reach out to us so we can investigate further.

Please include the DMN reference for the payment.
