Received payment still showing as requested

From our payments we can see that the customer has paid but the payment is still showing as pending.

If you know that your customer has paid but the status of the payment is still showing as requested in Access Collins, reach out to us so we can investigate further.

Please provide:

  • The DMN reference for the booking.

  • Proof that shows that the payment has been made.
