Customers are unable to book before or after a specific date on our website.

If your booking widget on your website is greyed out after a specific date, first test your booking type rules to check if the settings are correct.

If there is availability and the widget on your website is still greyed out, it could be that the booking type is configured to display a fixed number of days in advance within the booking.

The setting will need to be adjusted internally to resolve.
