If a customer signed up to your marketing when submitting an online booking or enquiry into Collins, or in person, there are two ways in which you can amend the customer's marketing permissions accordingly:

  • Within an enquiry.

  • Customers section.

Within an enquiry

  1. Click Enquiries.

  2. Use the DMN reference number or the customer email in the search bar and select the booking.

  3. Under the Marketing Preferences on the left-hand side, you can check or uncheck the box.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Save for the booking.

📌Note: If the Marketing Preferences box is checked, it indicates that the customer has opted in and if it is unchecked, the customer has not opted in.

Customers section

⚠️Important: To see the Customers section you need to have the user permissions to manage customers.

If you have the user permission already:

  • Click Customers.

  • Search for the customer.

  • Check or uncheck the marketing preferences.

  • Click Save.
