Not all the booking types are showing on your website

What to do if some booking types are not showing on your website on the booking widget.

If some booking types are visible on the widget in Access Collins but not shown on your website, please make sure they are included in the widget code.

To check this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your website.

  2. Right-click anywhere, then click View page source.

  3. Press CTR + F.

  4. Type in Designmynight.

  5. Right scroll until you reach "allowed-types=..."

  6. Check if all booking types are within the code.

If certain booking type IDs are missing from your website’s code, it means the current widget does not include them.

To fix this, you’ll need to regenerate the widget code from the Booking Widget & Links section and have your web developer replace the existing code with the updated version.
