Set a time slot interval

First, to set the intervals for the booking start time, you need to set your Time slot interval. Here you can specify whether the customer can book for 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc., up to 4-hour intervals.

  1. Click Settings, Sites, and select the site.

  2. Click Booking Types, then select the relevant booking type.

  3. Go to Time slot interval and in the drop-down box select either 5, 10, 15, 30, and so on.

  4. Click Save.

📌Note: If you set the Time slot interval to 30 minutes, Access Collins would check the earliest and latest booking time of my booking type and display the start time drop-down at 30-minute intervals from my earliest booking time up until my latest booking time.

Set a duration slot interval

To set the intervals for the booking until time, you need to set your duration slot interval. Here you can specify how long the customer will be able to enquire or book for in intervals of up to 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.

  1. Click Settings, Sites, and select the site.

  2. Click Booking Types, then select the relevant booking type.

  3. Go to Duration slot interval and in the drop-down box select either 5, 10, 15, 30, and so on.

  4. Click Save.

📌Note: If you set a duration slot interval to 15 minutes, Access Collins checks the minimum and maximum duration of my booking type. It then displays the until time drop-down at 15-minute intervals from my min duration until my max duration.
