On the Booking Widget, there are five mandatory booking detail fields and four customer fields that must be entered.
Booking Details:
Booking Type.
Number of Guests.
Date.
Time.
Until.
Customer Details:
Email Address.
First Name.
Last Name.
Phone Number.
📌Note: The Birthday field comes as an Optional field unless this has been changed to Mandatory in your booking types settings.
If your users are manually adding a booking directly to the system, only the following fields are mandatory:
First name.
Phone number or email address.
These are the mandatory fields, but it is advisable to add both a first and last name and to provide at least an email address or phone number.
It is recommended to enter both an email address and a phone number to have two points of contact.
