If a customer has been marked as arrived in your floorplan view but wants to switch tables, you can easily accommodate this by clicking their current table to open the Table Activity section. Then, use the arrow icon beside their name to move them to a different spot in the venue.
This will also appear if you haven't checked them already, so it can be used to plan the venue's layout pre-service.
📌Note: This will also appear in the Diary view, as an alternative to the drag-and-drop method.
