Intuitive navigation

We built MyAccess Portal to help you find what you need quickly. A clear, well-structured menu and logical content layout ensure you can access tools and information without unnecessary complexity.

Personalised dashboards

To ensure you always have the most relevant information at your fingertips, your homepage is tailored to your role and preferences, giving you a real‑time view of:

  • View closed cases.

  • Account notifications.

  • Service health updates.

Bills and payments

For full transparency and control over your service usage and associated costs, view and manage:

  • Invoices and payments.

  • Billing history.


Log in as an existing customer

If you already have access to the MyAccess Portal, simply sign in using your registered email address and password.

  1. Go to the MyAccess Portal>

  2. Click I’m a customer, then enter your existing credentials.

Once logged in, you will be taken to your personalised dashboard.

🤓 Tip: If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgotten Password and follow the on‑screen instructions.


Register for a new account

If you don’t yet have access, you can quickly register by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the MyAccess Portal>

  2. Click I've not logged in before.

  3. Complete the registration form with the required details.

  4. Verify your email address when prompted.

Once your account is set up, you’ll receive an email to confirm.
