Access Collins Evo Identity migration

See the process to use Access Collins in Access Evo for non-Evo users.

Written by alexandru sava

As part of your move to Access Collins Evo, you'll gain access to a modernised version of Access Collins built on the Evo platform.

The new In-Service views have been redesigned to provide a faster, more responsive experience for your front-of-house teams, while retaining the functionality you already know and rely on.

The new interface includes updated versions of the Diary, Floorplan, Runsheet, Enquiries, and Booking Details screens, all accessible directly from the Evo navigation menu.

While the look and feel have been refreshed, the goal remains the same: helping your teams manage bookings and daily operations efficiently and confidently.

Nothing has been removed, just modernised. Existing workflows and capabilities remain in place, with the added benefits of improved performance, real-time updates, and a more intuitive user experience.

⚠️Important: For now, system configuration and Settings remain in the legacy Access Collins application. Most day-to-day users won't need to access these areas, but if you're looking for Settings, you'll need to switch back to the legacy Access Collins interface.

Login upgrade to Access Identity

⚠️ Important: This upgrade changes how you log in to Access Collins. Your data and settings stay exactly the same, only the login process changes.

We're upgrading Access Collins to use Access Identity for enhanced security and to give you access to new AI features across Access Evo.

See what you will have to do

Next time you log in to Access Collins, you'll see a notification that your organisation is being migrated to Access Evo, with a deadline to complete registration by a specific date:

  1. When you'll be asked: Do you use any other Access products?, select:

    1. Yes, I use other Access products if it's true.

    2. No, Access Collins is my first Access product.

  2. You will get a notification that your Access Evo account was created succesfully.

  3. Set a password and click Change my password.

You’ll then be ready to start using Access Collins directly through our Evo platform.
