A quick overview of the new, streamlined in‑service views coming to Access Collins.

After migrating, you’ll see this new UI directly through the Evo navigation, while your Settings will continue to live in the legacy Access Collins for now.

It’s the same Access Collins you rely on, simply rebuilt for better speed, clarity, and long‑term stability.

See what's changing

The user interface will be updated across the:

  • Diary.

  • Floorplan.

  • Runsheet.

  • Enquiries.

  • Booking Details.

The Diary grid

See what's changed on the Diary grid:

  • Time-based booking grid, drag-and-drop.

  • Real-time updates, no manual refresh needed.

  • Filter by time of day, zone, booking type.

  • Click any slot to create a booking instantly.

  • Lock or unlock grid for drag mode.

  • Visual, interactive table layout.

  • Drag bookings onto tables.
