Access Collins analytics data is not showing for a user in Access Evo

Access Collins analytics is missing from the Dashboard in Access Evo.

Sometimes, Access Collins data may not appear in Evo.

These are the common reasons why Access Collins analytics is missing from the Dashboard in Access Evo:

  • If a user has been granted user or admin rights to view the Collins analytics data from the Access Evo's dashboard and can not see the data.

  • Ensure their email address in Access Collins matches their Evo's email address, as analytics is case-sensitive.

  • For example, if the username in Access Collins is all lowercase, ensure it's also all lowercase in Evo with no capital letters.
