Add new customers to your database for marketing purposes.

Quickly add new customers to your marketing database.

āš ļøImportant: To view the Customers section on the main menu you need to have the user permission to view and manage customers.

You can add individual customers or import them in bulk.

Add individual customers

To add a new customer to your database:

  1. Click Customers on the main menu.

  2. Click on the purple button New Customer in the top left-hand corner.

  3. Fill out the form in the customer’s details and click Save.

šŸ“ŒNote: Any customer who has made a booking through the Booking Widget will automatically be added to your customer database.


Bulk upload customers

If you need to add a large number of customers, we can assist you with a bulk upload.

To get the process going, complete the Customer Data upload form.

Once you have completed adding details to the spreadsheet, please send it to us.

šŸ“ŒNote: This can take up to ten working days to complete and if the form is not completed correctly, you may incur further delays.

Preference name

YYYY-MM-DD

Date the customer opted in, or YES or NO. The CSV template includes one column per marketing preference configured for the organisation. Column names are derived from the preference name (Email Marketing (YYYY-MM-DD)). If the organisation has no marketing preferences, no marketing columns appear. Leave blank to skip, existing preferences are not changed.
