You can set up offers either at the organisation level or the site level.
Create a new offer
You can set up offers following the steps below:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
For certain sites, click Sites then select a site.
Click Offers, then click Add Another.
Enter a name, when the offer is visible and how many people it's for.
Click Details and populate the fields:
Description: A quick overview of what the offer is.
Availability: What bookings this is available for.
Restrictions: Select if this is restricted to specific booking types.
Validity: When the offer is valid.
Click Details, then click Save.
Copy an offer
To copy an offer from the organisation level to an individual site, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, then click Sites then select a site.
Click Offers, then click Copy from Organisation.
Select an offer then click Save.
View offers
You can see your offers on the booking widget or in your notifications.
View offers on the booking widget
You can view your offers in your widget. For an overview of all your offers, click See Offers.
When you click on a specific date in the widget, any applicable offers display with a tag icon.
Click on the offer and select if you want to include it in your booking.
View offers in your notifications
You can see in your notification centre if any of your offers have been claimed by following the steps below:
Click Enquiries.
Click Auto conf. offer selected.
The number shows how many times customers have selected your offer.
To view the details, click the tag
icon in the booking.
Track offers
You can use the Enquiries Filter report to track and view all your bookings that contain offers. Search for bookings or enquiries where the customer has selected an offer.
Click Enquiries.
Click Add filter and select Offer.
You can add any other filters to narrow the search down.
Click Download, then click Download again.
If there are over 1000 enquiries, select Email.
Open the CSV file, the selected offers are in column AH ordered by offer name.
