Set up automated reports

You can set up automated reports at the organisation level or at the site level by entering a recipient email address by the report titles.

📌Note: So far, only the reports below can be automated.

Organisation level

To set up reports to automatically send at the organisation level, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Settings, then click Organisation.

  2. On the left, click Reports.

  3. By the required report, enter the recipient's email address.

    • You can enter more than one by separating them with a comma.

  4. Click Save.


Site level

To set up automated reports at the site level, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Settings, then click Sites and select a site.

  2. On the left, click Reports.

  3. By the required report, enter the recipient's email address..

    • You can enter more than one by separating them with a comma.

  4. Click Save.

Details

Booking Reports

Sunday evenings.

Organisation and site level.

Includes the venue availability, status and booking type report for the last seven days

Finance Reports

Sundays evenings.

Organisation and site level.

Includes both the customer payment and bank transfer reports for the last seven days.

Note: To send this report to yourself, you need Advanced Reports permissions.

Run Sheets

Every day.

Organisation level.

Includes the customised and short-run sheet.

Send times:

  • If you've opted not to have any same-day bookings in Unavailable Dates, these are sent at midnight.

  • If you have same-day booking type cut-off points, these are sent after these cut-off times during the day.

  • If you don't have a cut-off point, the run sheet reports won't send.

Customised run sheet

The customised run sheet includes the following data:

  • Bookings: Only confirmed with table and area assigned, no guest list.

  • Basic details: Phone and booking reference, no source or company.

  • Extra details: Customer requests, run sheet notes, labels, pre-orders, payments, dietary requirements.

  • All zones.

  • Sort earliest first.
