Within Access Collins, if you’ve made a mistake when submitting a pre-order, or one of your guests cancels their order, you can delete this from the pre-orders section.
📌Note: Once you’ve deleted the order, it’s hidden but you can still view it by clicking view deleted pre-order. The lead booker can also see deleted items in their Manage your order link.
Delete an order
To delete an order follow these steps:
Click Enquiries on the top bar and search for the booking.
Click the Pre-orders section of the booking and scroll to the editable pre-order section.
Click on the order and you will see an option to delete:
Specific items from the order.
The whole order.
Delete specific pre-order items
You can delete specific items by pressing the minus sign from each pre-order item.
Delete the entire order
To delete the whole order with all items:
Click DELETE.
When prompted, click ARE YOU SURE? before deleting.
Click DONE and Save the booking.
