Add booking prompts

When Booking Prompts have been set up for a particular booking type, these will appear for the user when they add a New Enquiry that matches the guest and date parameters set up for the prompt.

Tick the relevant prompt, to add the prompt as a Run Sheet note that will appear in the Diary, Floorplan, or Runsheet and on the Function Sheet and Customised Run Sheet.
