If you are trying to send a pre-order link and see a message that this booking is not eligible for pre-orders, it could be because:
This error message indicates that the booking or enquiry was not saved correctly before sending out a pre-order menu. If your customer has opened the link to this message, please make sure that the pre-order menu settings are correct within the booking or enquiry.
📌Note: When sending a menu within the Pre-orders tab, click Save before you click SEND PRE-ORDERS EMAIL.
This can also occur if you have deleted a menu. If a menu has been sent out, it will no longer be accessible once it has been deleted.
