Important: To see and reply to reviews on DMN, make sure you have the user permission to manage venue details.
You can publicly reply to customer reviews by following the steps below:
Sign in to Admin.DesignMyNight.
Click MANAGE YOUR LISTING.
For the relevant venue, click Manage Venue.
Click Reviews, then select Reviews.
Find the review you wish to reply to and click Add Reply.
Type your reply and click Save Reply.
Don't click Add Reply.
If you go back to your review in admin, Add Reply is no longer an option. The customer who left your review is notified by email, even if they've left the review anonymously.
📌Note: Please allow up to six hours for your reply to display on your DesignMyNight venue page.
