⚠️Important: To access Settings, you need to have the user permission to manage booking rules.
Customers can see your booking policy above the Enquire Now or Book Now button on the final window before they submit the booking or enquiry on your widget.
They must confirm that they've read and agreed to your booking policy before they can proceed with their booking or enquiry.
You can set up your booking policies on a per-booking type basis by following the steps below:
Click Settings, Sites and select the site.
Click Booking Type and select the relevant booking type.
In the Availability section, populate the Booking Policies column.
Either complete under set all if the policy is the same for all days.
Or if you have a different policy for each day click into each day of the week.
Click Save.
📌Note: You can only have different booking policies per day or date. For any other different policy requirements, you will need to create a new booking type, for example, dependent on the number of guests or event time.
