📌Note: Once you've sent the email you can't retract or amend it.
To send a pre-order menu to a customer, follow the steps below:
Click Diary and select a booking, then click View Booking.
Click the Pre-Orders tab.
Under Customer Pre-Orders, select a menu from either the:
Dining Menu list.
Drinks Menu list.
To hide the price from the group, select Hide prices from group.
Choose whether payment is required.
Select who pays: The lead booker or group members.
To open the Advanced options, click the Cog
icon. Here you can:
Order in multiples: Useful for canape menus.
Order one menu per person: Useful for set menus.
Add a discount.
If required, set a:
Service charge.
A close pre-order date.
Total orders amount.
Click Save, then click Send Pre-Orders Email.
Enter a message that sends with your menus.
To save time in the future, you can save this message as a template.
Click Send.
