⚠️Important: To update your pre-order items and menus, please make sure you first have site or organisation user permissions, depending on where they are set up.
How to edit the pre-order items
Depending on where you have set up your items, to edit them you will have to go to:
Click Settings then Organisation or Sites.
Click Pre-orders on the left-hand side menu.
Search for the item by name or just apply filters if you need to see a specific Type or Sub type.
After you've found your item press Edit on the right-hand side.
Edit the item and press Save.
Click Save in the top-left corner.
How to edit the pre-order menu
Same as pre-order items, you can edit menus at the organisation level or at the site level.
To edit an existing menu, you will have to go to:
Click Settings, then Organisation or Sites.
Click Pre-orders on the left-hand side menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to see existing menus.
Click on the menu that you wish to edit.
Edit fields or add or remove items.
Click Save from the top-left corner.
Arrange and navigate your items list
To rearrange the list, click the drag
icon by the item and drag and drop to the desired location, and if you need to remove or delete an item, press the red X button.
Click Save after you make any changes.
To locate pre-order items quickly, use the Name, Type, and Subtype filters.
📌Note: 30 items are displayed per page. To go to the next page, use the page numbers and arrows at the bottom.
