Push Access Tonic purchases to EPoS

With Access Collins integrated into your EPoS, ticket purchases now sync directly to your EPoS system.

Set up in Access Tonic

Once you have set up the Access Tonic and Access Collins integration, you can activate sending the ticket payments to your EPoS by following the steps below:

  1. Click Manage on the event.

  2. Click the Manage Integrations tab.

  3. On the Access Collins integration, click Edit Integration.

  4. Under EPoS Integration, enable pushing to EPoS by selecting from Yes or No.

Note: Push To EPoS can be set at organisation level to apply automatically to future events. To activate, contact your Customer Success Manager or [email protected]. Current events must be updated manually.


Check within Access Collins

You'll see if the ticket payment has been sent to your EPoS by checking if the Access Tonic transaction has a yellow arrow on the Payments section in Access Collins
