Remove Hi customer name on emails

Change the way the customer is addressed in emails.

Access Collins automatically adds Hi [customer name] to all the general emails you send out through the system.

You can, however, disable this by going to:

  1. Click Settings, Sites and select your site.

  2. Click Emails and Texts.

  3. Check the box under Don't automatically add 'Hi [Customer Name].

  4. Click Save.
