This video walks you through how to set your email sender name, which is the name customers will see when they receive your emails:
⚠️Warning: The email sender name must not contain any special characters. If it does, then replies from guests do not show in the messages tab on the booking.
The name associated to your email address shows when you email customers from Collins Mail.
You can amend the sender name by following the steps in the video or written below:
Click Settings, Sites, and choose the site.
Click on Emails & texts in the left-hand menu.
Enter the name in the box for Send emails from (name).
Click Save.
