If you've requested a report via email but haven’t received it, please contact our support team and provide the following:
The name of the report you are trying to download.
The filters you applied to the report.
What message do you see in Access Collins when you click to email the report.
The email address of the user that you are logging in with for the report to be delivered to.
Add full screenshots if possible.
📌Note: As system function is a priority, to ensure the system operation is not affected, sometimes, depending on the size of the report, it can take longer than usual to get generated and sent.
