Bookings

In your Enquiry page, you can drill your enquiries icon to drill your enquiries and bookings down and then download a CSV file.
The booking velocity report shows you how busy you are this week compared to the average of the last six weeks, taking into account the number of days to go before each date.
See how many walk-in bookings you have had; you can find out using the walk-in bookings tab in the reports section.
The site availability report is a snapshot of how booked up you are across all sites and then broken down to each venue's bookable rate.
To keep track of which third parties are sending you the most bookings, which bookings come in over the phone, or how many bookings originate from your own website, use the source breakdown report.
The type breakdown report shows you the total cover count per booking type and total pre-booked value, defaulting to the past month, showing only Confirmed bookings.
