If there is a payment record within your Payments section without any details, the reasons could be:
A payment was added without the Type being selected first, and only an amount was added.
This can also appear when selecting Other Payment from the TYPE drop-down, but not selecting the other payment type.
Another reason for the card digits not to show is that the payment wasn't taken via Access Collins.
If the authentication and payment were added manually by a user, these will also not show in Stripe. It could also mean that the payment has been refunded as a reversal. We can check this in Stripe.
