Stop a deposit
If a customer makes a successful payment and receives a payment confirmation, the only way to return the money back is to refund the payment back in Access Collins.
Stop a refund
For received deposits, once the refund button was actioned, there is no way of reversing the transaction, as this is automatically triggered back to your guest's bank account.
Therefore, after the refund button has been clicked, this will need to be settled directly with your guest.
Stop a claim
Once the claim button has been actioned, there is no way to stop the claimed payment.
You can however issue back a refund of the claim by selecting refund if this was accidentally issued.
