If you find that some of your pre-order items are not showing on the food sheet, please check that these items are set up with a type and a sub-type as if these are not set then the item will not pull through to the food sheet.
To check the type and sub-type for a pre-order item:
Click Settings.
If your pre-order items are set up at the organisation level, click Organisation or if your pre-order items are site up at site level, click Sites.
Click Pre-orders.
Search for the item, then click edit.
Select the type and sub-type from the drop-down menus.
Click Save.
Click the purple Save.
📌Note: Any orders made before the type and sub-type have been added to the item, the item will not show on the food sheet.
