Password Reset Email isn't being delivered

A new user has not had the email to register and set their password.

If you are trying to set up a new user or reset your password but you are not receiving the new user or password reset email, reach out to us so we can investigate further.

Let the team know that your password reset email is not being delivered.

Please remember to include the email address that which the password reset email should be delivered.

The team will be able to check the email server to see if the emails are being delivered.

🤓Tip: You can also check with your internal IT team that the emails are not being blocked or stored by your firewall. Your IT team will be able to release any emails for you. Password reset emails are sent from [email protected].
