Due to data protection, we can't manually reset or send you a new password. To reset your password, please follow the steps below:
Reset your password to sign in
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
Go to your login page.
Click Forgot password?
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Check your inbox and follow the steps in the password reset email.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam inbox.
Update your password, first and last name while signed in
To change your password when you're signed in, follow the steps below:
Click your name in the top right.
Click My Details. You will then be able to change your account information, your name, surname, or password.
Enter your current password.
Enter the password you want to change to and re-enter it to confirm.
Password must:
Be at least eight characters long.
Have one or more uppercase letters.
Have one or more lowercase letters.
Have one or more numbers.
Have one or more special characters.
Click Save.
📌Note: No other users can update your name for you, this has to be actioned by the user with the email address and login access to the account.
Password Reset Email isn't being delivered
If you are trying to set up a new user or reset your password but you are not receiving the new user or password reset email, reach out to us so we can investigate further.
Let the team know that your password reset email is not being delivered.
Please remember to include the email address that which the password reset email should be delivered.
The team will be able to check the email server to see if the emails are being delivered.
🤓Tip: You can also check with your internal IT team that the emails are not being blocked or stored by your firewall. Your IT team will be able to release any emails for you. Password reset emails are sent from [email protected].
