The messages from the notification centre have disappeared

See why the notification messages disappear when you haven't cleared them.

📌Note: Access Collins does not clear or delete any new messages; these are actioned by a user.

If you did not delete any of the messages from the notification center, please make sure users are not accidentally clearing them.

🤓Tip: You can also check the booking history to see if your user has deleted a message.
