Within your organisation settings, you can stop Collins Pay payments and authentications from being made or requested a set time before or after the booking time.
⚠️Important: To see the organisation settings, you have to be able to manage booking rules and have access to all sites.
This can be set to close either X amount of minutes, hours, or days before or after the booking start time, or set to stop at the booking start time.
To set this up, you have to:
Click Settings, then Organisation.
Click Payments.
In Payment Availability, you can select Stop Collins Pay payments being made either:
requested from the start of a booking.
or a custom date.
Click Save.
Once closed, the option to request a payment or authentication will be removed.
Any customers attempting to make a payment or authentication will be advised that deposits are no longer being taken for this booking. Also, anyone trying to add the payment internally will be unable to do so.
