From the diary
To uncheck a checked-in guest, follow the steps below:
Click the Diary tab.
If you're in the grid view, click the people icon.
From the Bookings list in the left-hand panel, select the booking.
In the Check In box, from the Actual Guests list, click the drop-down arrow.
Select Uncheck Guest, then click Save.
The booking changes back to not arrived and reappears in the Bookings list.
From the interactive run sheet
If you're using the interactive run sheet, you can uncheck a guest by following the steps below:
Click the Run Sheet tab.
Click the number in the Guests column.
Click the drop-down arrow, then click Uncheck Guest.
