The authentication and deposit taken message is automatically generated by our payment provider and is sent to your guest email address to confirm. Please note the message can't be edited for Collins pay.

Please see the below message they receive:

  • If they have paid a deposit they receive the below email:

    • Card details authenticated for your booking at Site Name.

    • Thank you - we have verified your card details for the amount of £xxx, for your booking at Site Name. No money will be taken unless the reservation policies are violated.

  • If they have authenticated their card details they receive the below:

    • Payment received for your booking at Site Name.

    • Thank you - we have received your payment of £xxx for your booking at Site Name.
