If you'd like to set up auto-confirm up to a certain number of guests, you will have to set this up per booking type. In the availability section make sure you set up your min and max enquiry size, which you are happy to receive. Once this is done to set up the auto-confirm rules, follow the steps below:
📌Note: When setting auto-confirm rules by day, it is not possible to have multiple rules for the same day. Collins will take the first rule in the list for that day of the week.
Click Settings and click Sites.
Select your site.
Click on Booking Types and select the booking type you wish to set the rule for.
Scroll down to Auto-Confirm Rules and click Add Another.
Select the days of the week.
Add the min guests and the max guests number.
Select Still take enquiries for bookings if no available areas found, for bookings that don't fit the auto-confirm rules.
Save.
