If you have sub-sections of sites, or you want to be able to differentiate between locations, areas, managers etc., you can set up tags.
Tags can be really useful when you're filtering the Enquiries page and in the reports.
You can filter by the tags in the Forecast, Type Breakdown, and Status Breakdown reports.
Create tags
⚠️Important: To see the Organisation settings, you need to be able to manage booking rules and have access to all sites.
To set up tags that you can apply to venues, follow the below steps:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
Click Site Tags, then click Add Tag.
Name the tag and select a colour.
To add another tag, click Add Tag again.
Click Save.
Assign tags to a site
To assign tags to your sites, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, Sites, and select a site.
Click General information.
In the Tag field, select the relevant tags.
Click Save.
